You can complain to Global-Migrate if you think you’ve received a bad service.

What you can and can’t complain about

You can complain about:

  1. poor advice or service
  2. unreasonable fees
  3. A charge for service not completed. (A completed consultation is adhered to as service completed).
  4. Global-Migrate missing deadlines

You can’t make a complaint about:

  1. how long your immigration application has taken
  2. something that’s already part of an ongoing legal action
  3. a compensation
  4. You usually can’t make a complaint about something that happened more than 3 months ago – We will decide whether or not to investigate depending on the situation.

What happens next?

You’ll get a letter or an email within 10 days of making your complaint confirming receipt of your complaint

You’ll get a letter or email with a decision on your case within 5 months of making your complaint.
