The OISC only regulates immigration advice and services provided in relation to all application for UK visas and immigration only. As we are a global immigration and emigration law firm it is vital for all our clients to understand that the OISC does not regulate any immigration advice given for any Visa which is not for the UK to clients present inside the UK.
If you’re eligible, create a profile and wait to be invited to apply. Your profile will be valid for 12 months. You’ll need language test results to create your profile.
Be sure to conduct the necessary research on the province before selecting a province. Once you are happy, choose a province of your choice. You can expect to be nominated according to the province you selected. After being nominated, your application will be evaluated for eligibility and you will be contacted for additional information.
Alternatively, you can create an Express Entry profile, showcasing the provinces/territories you would like a nomination from. Thereafter, you will be contacted via your Express Entry profile to inform you to apply through their stream. You can expect to be nominated electronically through your account.
