This visa is often seen as a very popular option for those looking to apply for the entrepreneur visa but
do not want the outlay of a £200,000 investment. The overseas representative visa, also known as the
sole representative visa, allows a senior representative of an already established company who do not
have an existing UK presence to come to the UK to set up a UK presence in the form of a branch or a

The UK work permit has been replaced with The Tier 2 (General) visa category. To be eligible you will
need to provide evidence that UK Company with a Tier 2 Sponsorship License who has offered you
